The inner frame had several massive cracks in different locations. At several points in time temporary repairs were done. Finally it got to the point where they just needed to down the machine and get it done the right way. Our welders are certified in a 6G position to weld up to ER120S-G filler metal designation.
Gusset plates needed to come off, more temporary repairs needed to be corrected.
More cracks that needed to be addressed as well as gusseting removal and fabrication of new.
All repairs we done in the field and received our full documentation package which includes welder certifications, in house signed and sealed certificate and replacement steel/filler metal documentation.
